- All sales are final. Due to the research-use-only nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement — your research shouldn't be held up by a shipping mishap or a mislabeled vial.

How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at contact@shopunrl.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (damaged vial, broken seal, wrong item, etc.) within 7 days of delivery.
- We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm and arrange your replacement.
- Approved replacements ship within 1–2 business days. For damaged or defective items, no return shipping is required.
Eligible for Replacement
- Product arrived damaged or broken in transit
- Vial is defective or compromised on arrival
- You received the wrong item, compound, or dose
- Issue reported within 7 days of delivery, with a photo
Not Eligible
- Change of mind or no longer needed (all sales final)
- Product opened or used beyond verifying a defect
- Product improperly stored after delivery
- Issue reported more than 7 days after delivery
- No proof of purchase
